We can also provide an interim Project Manager to help you get the project off the ground or assist you at any point of the project to help you troubleshoot problem areas to bring the project back on track.

We can assist you in risk management process by helping you identify potential risks, develop the project specific risk register and advice on risk transfer or mitigation strategies.
Tender and Bid Management / Administration
Most projects consist of many sub-contracts and whether you are a project developer, owner or contractor, we have the experience to assist you in organizing project tenders or project bids. If you are a developer or owner, getting bids and evaluating them can be a daunting task. We can assist you in preparing the tender packages, invitation for bids, evaluation and contract award recommendations. If you are a bidder, we can help you review your proposal for completeness and compliance to the tender requirements and also assist you developing your bid strategy.
Procurement Management
When purchasing equipment or services for a project, usually very little is being done to ensure that scope, schedule, terms and conditions etc, of the various contracts are managed in a coordinated way such that there is very little "grey area" between the different contractors. We can assist you in developing the appropriate scope of supply and services for each sub-contractor and also sequence the purchases in accordance with the engineering and construction schedule.

Project controls and reporting is an inalienable part of any project as it is there to serve the interest of the various stakeholders. Many mega projects have very elaborate requirements concerning project controls, such as how the schedule and budget is tracked and reported.
