Technical and Commercial Due Diligence servcies which we provide will help you make sure that the technical inputs to the project matches up with the commercial assumptions such that the financial projections of the project are realistic and achievable.
Good Contracts Management is essential to project profitability. Knowing clearly your contractual rights and obligations will help keep you away from disputes and enable you to complete the project with minimum frustration. Most projects will have many contracts and making sure that the requirements and obligations of interrelated contracts are not conflicted or vague is an exercise that is definitely worth doing.
Dispute Management includes both Dispute Prevention and Dispute Resolution. Dispute Prevention is more than having a well planned project, well assessed and evaluated technical and commercial factors or well defined contracts. It is also looking at other contributing factors such as the human element and organizational role and objectives. Dispute Resolution on the other hand is "damage control". The well known dispute resolution mechanisms are; negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
Training is one of the often overlooked areas of most organizations. We firmly believe that a well trained staff will be more effective and efficient and in return more productive for the Company. Not only does training result in better productivity, the improved self confidence of the employee will motivate him / her to perform at a higher level and overall effect is a more prefessional organization.
